DTC's insight vs X3

so i was messing with my insight and just for the heck of it i have it pull codes to see if there are any. to my surprise it kicks out 8

well i put my economy tune back on and try to pull the codes with my X3, it doesnt pull any

so what gives?

i'm going to hook up my AE when i get some time but just wanted to find out why the difference between the edge and sct.

Mine pulls up 4 nasty codes as well, I'm gonna check codes with my SCT tonight and see what comes up.

one of mine was for #2 low and i just replaced that injector, so i was like WTF!!!!!

It also gave me a cylinder combustion code for cylinder #4, and I also just replaced that injector!!

Well I just checked for codes with my SCT, and guess what? No codes found. I'm gonna see if I can find a used AE around here so I can diagnose the problem.

well i hooked up my AE this morning and found the ficm voltage at 40V while its running

placed an order with swamps so hopefully it will be here this weekend and i can put it in while i have the turbo out.

i didnt see any codes, but since the insight was giving me two injector codes i figured it was a good idea to check the ficm.

mine was good koeo, as soon as i cranked it up it dropped.
