Unhappy Problems after installing EGR delete kit

I am new to this forum so this will be my first actual post. I have been very impressed with all of the topics & related feedback! Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I have an 03 6.0 Powerstroke (just purchased) and just finished installing an egr delete kit. Once completed, the engine runs extremely rough and has no power. It appears that it is only running on a few cylinders. While installing the delete kit, I also replaced the serp belt and replaced both primary & secondary fuel filters, as well as an oil change. One area to note, When changing the secondary fuel filter, I ended up breaking the cap when trying to take it off. I had to order a new cap so decided to continue and replace after I got the truck running again. It did not appear that the cap was fractured, just snapped off the top where the wrench goes. Once I was completed with the delete kit, I fired up the truck & found out quickly that the fule filter cap was leaking. Waited for the replacement cap and changed out the filter. Now it is running like crap. Thought I might have air in the fule lines but ran it for a while with no luck. Any suggestions on next steps would be greatly appreciated!
