over boost problem

I have a '95 F-350 7.3 that I put a '99/03 turbo and up pipes on. In order to get this turbo to fit I had to eliminate the waste gate actuator and welded the valve closed on the outside of the turbo. I recently installed stage 1 injectors, TS performance 6 position custom tuned chip and a new ECM. I had no gauges until this upgrade so I have no idea what boost levels I was hitting before the upgrades , but now I'm hitting 25psi and the computer is throwing an over boost code. This happening at around 25 2600 rpm so I know there is alot more on tap but I can't get to it. I know I need head studs , they're next on the list. Does anyone know where I could get a blow off valve for the intake side or will this have to be addressed with the computer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My chip is from Bean's Diesel and I had to inform them of all modifications to get it tuned. It only does this on the extreme setting so it's fine to drive and tow with but that's the fun setting and I would love to be able to use it to it's full potiential.

problem solved (i hope)

Strictly Diesel has a product called "Over Boost Annihilator". 7.3's defuel at 24 P.S.I. , this mechanical device replaces the rubber hose running from the intake to the passengerside firewall and keeps the computer from seeing more than 22/23 p.s.i. therefore not tripping the overboost code. I ordered one tonite and hopefully have it by the weekend. I will post what the results are. And I might add they're less than a benjamin even with shipping from AZ.
