2001 7.3 stalling

Got a F250 7.3 that has stalled on me 4 times in the last month.Usally at idle at traffic light or at low speed.could it be a fuel sensor?

I would try the cam position sensor first. Its not very expensive and only takes a few minutes to install. When it dies, try restarting without turning key off, the tach needle won't move if the sensor is bad. Sometimes hard to tell when its intermittent.
