DE-MD-PA

I live at the point of the 3 states. Retired and don't work and got no money. Got a 2000 Excursion psd -- new Cryo Rotors, Hawk Pads and Edlebrock shocks. Looking for advice on exhaust system. I got a "Pull-Rite" trolly-type hitch that might be in the way of a big exhaust. Does anyone know a good muffler shop that can modify a 4" system?

That's funny, I live in Elkton, MD - work in Newark, DE.

Welcome to the site - I could take a look at your truck regarding the exhaust and you might not need to get anything changed!

Find a diesel truck shop that works on medium to heavy duty trucks. Thats the only luck I had when I wanted to find anyone that can work on anything bigger than 3"

Hello Doug -- welcome back -- I won't hold it against you that you are a "down-stater." LOL.
OK -- I finally did it myself. and I put in a DP Chip -- amazing power -- I don't know what was better the 4" exhaust or the chip but I went from 12 mpg to 18.5 mpg and have more power than this old man can handle. But my wife says its a little loud. The turbo whine is way cool and I got a decel tune on the chip so I can sound like an 18 wheeler going down hill. I can't believe I drove this truck for 80,000 miles with the stock system.
