CSP 4th Anniversary G2G

Alright with our 4th Anniversary as a chapter coming up, we need to start getting everything organized for it. How does March 1st sound for everyone, unless something changes I've already talked to Gene and he is cool with hosting it that weekend.

Question,

Do we really want to host it again where there could be some nasty weather? Or should we move it to the summer?

We could put that up for a vote, I believe it just makes more sense to have an Anniversary G2G that is near the actual anniversary

We have always made the anniversary g2g close to the actual date, and the weather as never made that much of a difference. Look at the last two we had at Gene's, two years ago we were plowing through snow and last year we were kicking up dirt.

That might work for us. Mandi works Saturdays, so she would have to try to request the day off. I will talk to her and see what she says.
