Truck Fest Weekend 2011 Attendance list

No chit chat please!

What i need is:
Attending: yes or no?

Attending: Sat or Sunday or Both
If you are coming sat are you staying the night?

Are you: Racing or Watching or Both?

I need a count so i can get a discount need to respond by Friday July 29, 2011 5pm Please so i can get every thing arranged

Austin ( and friends) Possible sat now but still Sunday only no racing

Also here are the event details::
As far as sat goes they will have racing but i will need to check to see if there going to run a diesel class

Rock Crawl: $30

Gates Open: 8:00 am
Time Trials: 9:00 am
Truck Show: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Rock Crawl: 11:00 am
Eliminations: 2:00 pm
Show Awards: 3:00 pm

RACE CLASSES
2WD STREET ELIMINATOR / 4x4 STREET ELIMINATOR
- Must be street-legal with DOT tires
- Trophies to winner, runner-up, semi-finalists, and quarter-finalists.

PRO TRUCK ELIMINATOR
- Open to any truck
- Cash prizes begin in the semi-final round.
- Trophies to winner, runner-up, and semi-finalists.

BIG RIG
- Open to an daily service, licensed commercial, farm, and dump trucks.
- Cash prizes begin in the semi-finals.
- Trophies to winner, runner-up, semi-finalists, and quarter-finalists.

DIESEL PICKUP
- Open to all diesel-powered pickups.
- Cash prizes begin in the semi-finals.
- Trophies to winner, runner-up, semi-finalists, and quarter-finalists.

NEW FOR 2011 – WINBERG CRANKSHAFT
- Heads Up Diesel Racing Class
- Rules TBA

ATV
- Open to all ATV's. Must meet NHRA rules.
- Run on 1/8th mile course.
- Trophies to winner, runner-up, and semi-finalists.

SHOW INFORMATION
Over 25 show classes, divided into 2 wheel drive, 4 wheel drive, Jeep, and 'big rig' categories. Plus, many specialty awards, including Best of Show, Best Paint, Best Interior, Best Graphics, Best Engine, Best 4WD Suspension, and Best 2WD Suspension.

- Hosted by 4 Wheel Parts, Mile Hi Jeep Club, and Colorado Association of 4 Wheel Drive Clubs.

I wil be there saturday , but probably no racing but drinking. Between 2 pulls and 2 class on Sunday in a week thatenough for more poor truck. I will also be staying the night.
Also who is willing to contribute t my mom cooking for all of us Sunday. Everyone will need to throw money in for it. I need to know by Friday if we are.

What all is going on Saturday? I would be into camping out if we can get a few people to go. I could probably bring my trailer out.

So sat is just a hang out have fun relax day
Sat night were camping up at the track and
have our self a little shin dig!!!

your welcome to join and you can bring your trailer if you would like.
we will get to what everyone needs to bring a little late just need a head count

Sounds good, either way I'll probably just hang saturday.. I might have to finish moving my stuff up to Foco during the day. And if I don't bring anyone I will probably just sleep in my truck instead of bringing the trailer.

Dan-- what are the idea for cooking.. what all will this include and how much $$ we thinking??

will she can cook anything under the sun and in mass quanity, but it depends on how much everyone wants to pitch. It will be worth every penny I promise. She's done wedding, funerals and partys for years. He main specailty is german food spreads, but for truckfest she can do a whatever you want. I dout were goin to get enough interest.

I knew austin wouldn't be stayin the night with us his leash wouldn't let him come out and play. I'm glad he's at least comin Sunday though.

Yea I doubt there will be enough interest for that, but we can just wait and see.

What time do the gates normally close on Saturday to get in? I was planning on moving into my new house in foco this weekend but might not be able to tell next now.

Haha thats why i put him in purple!! haha

And as far as the keg goes i believe we should do at least one and a pony also? just so that way we will have enough beer to last ALL NIGHT!!! (jeff) Guess every could pitch in for that! and i say as far as food goes we could just cook on a grill what we want like we did last year!
