CSP 1st Anniversary G2G

Dan, Kent, and I have been talking about our 1st anniversary G2G that we would like to have. Our chapter will be 1yr old on the 24th of Feb., we would like to have a BIG g2g and get as many members as possible to show up. We wanted to get the ideas flowing early so that we all have time to throw ideas out as to where and when. With this being said, please throw out any ideas y'all may have. We would like to see this one have our biggest turn out that we have had.

Keep this thread clear of any chatter that doesn't not pertain to the topic.

Let's hear some thoughts and ideas.

Here's an idea... Do it on a day I don't have to work




Actually it really depends on how the schedule works out, it may turn out to be one of those weeks where I have to work on Saturday, so I'll have a weekday off (kinda like today)

I like the idea, is there any events around Denver area around that time we could all meet at?

Actually scratch my last post, if I volunteered to take a weekday off and work a saturday, the other guys I work with would be all over it!

Not sure yet. We need to find a place where we can hang out and eat some food. Kent has a video he is putting together so we would need access to a tv or computer.

A weekend would probably work better for everyone else. I know it would for me.

We could go to a bar/restaurant that has a private party room. They should have a projector or something, maybe a sports bar that has a projector for games we can use.

That sound kind of what I was thinking. Dan also mentioned maybe somebody's house that could hold us all.

Definitely thinking of somewhere around the Denver area so that we can get as many members there as possible.
