Nice. But that fire looks a bit hot..... and we smoke BBQ year round here!

What temp do you smoke at?

we just did a ton of food this weekend....inluding 40lbs of chicken....n if anyone hasnt seen that its 2 full size trash bags of just chicken, were gonna be eatin good this winter

We have that same exact smoker sparkless, but we don't really smoke with it, we cook right over the coals.
