Tomorrow's Lunch
Ok on the menu for tomorrow's is Venisson and Pheasant Breast.
Now how will be cooked. The venisson is steak and will be marinated over night in itilian salad dressing MMM good. Then it will be slow cooked on the grill at a tempature of about 200 degrees MMM good so tender it will melt in your mouth. The Pheasant Breast will be lightly brushed with a special homemade barbeque sauce I make. Sorry yall it is a secret. Then the breast will be grilled at the same temp as the steaks. MMM good To add to this meal I will thinly slice taters, and smoother them with butter and garlic/onion salt and wrap them up in tin foil and throw them on the grill as well. barbequed beans will be cooked in the oven. They will be smoothered with farm fresh bacon, honey, and tad of mustard stirred in with them. Baked at 400 degrees for 1 hour. MMMMM Good, yes folks it is warm outside the snow is gone and that means one thing. Barbeque season is hear again. This lunch will go with the Opening Game of the Detriot Tigers at Comerica Park. I will be sitting at home watching it on my Big Screen TV. So who wants to come over tomorrow and enjoy this scrumptous meal with my boy and I. |
