Num Yummy

So for dinner tonight was grilled Roosevelt Elk and a small mashed potato pancake (which had cheese, grilled asparagus and bacon in it) with a chipotle cream sauce on it.

And Nooooooooo I'm not sharing!

SO! I had Mexican pork- floating in a light grease, sprinkled with green flaky stuff and smothered in a heartburn instigating red sauce. Dish was trimmed with a small helping of brown beans and red rice.
