then we had to serve up some good deer meat so we made kabobs out of it.
what a great weekend we had./ hope you enjoy the pics as much as we enjoyed the pulled pork

Glad to see your smoke turn out so good. The other day I was somking some pastrami, I turned the smoker on HI to start it, then forgot to turn it down to smoke. I came back 3 hours later and all that was left was charcoal. Hard as a rock and burnt all the way through. I almost got sick. Havent been that mad at myself for awhile. Lost 10 lbs of venison pastrami.
What kind of smoker are you using? Mine is a traegar pellet smoker.

i use a brinkmann pro dual side one side for the cooking and one side for the indiret cooking or i can use both sides to cook large qnty of food if i am just grilling and not smoking. pretty neat little grill and heavy built. i will post pics of the grill this afternoon
