I need chicken wings recipe

Looking for a nice grilled (or oven) DRY but flavorful

Maybe even a tad bit crispy.

I hate wet/soggy wings

If you got something that fits this, let me know.

There is a recipe on the back of the franks red hot bottle for buffalo sauce. Its like a cup of redhot and a tablespoon of butter or something, then i always add about a tablespoon of ranch dressing with it, and it almost tastes like frickers hot wings.

Take your wings and marinate them in Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce for 24 hours. To the sauce add (Minced Garlic, Chopped Onion To taste) 1/2 - 1 Small Hot Pepper (Habanero, Scotch Bonnett) depending on heat & amount of wings. Take the wings out of the sauce and grill or smoke till done to your liking. Server with Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing & Ice Cold BEER!!! This recipe is not for the faint of heart it is HOT, be careful handeling the hot peppers as they can burn your skin (even on your hands).
