Salmon Recipes Needed

I went on a fishing trip and now have a freezer full of salmon(it was a really really good trip!) But I ran out of ways to cook salmon about two weeks ago. I am a starving college student so I will try just about anything. Unfortunately I don't have access to a bbq though. So anything not requiring a bbq would be great!

college salmond filets

As many salmon filets as you want. Lay them on a foil sheet on a pan or cookie sheet. Take a swipe of Kraft's spicy mayonnaise across the filet like you were putting it on bread. Put pepper/ salt or what ever spice/sliced onion/tomatoes you like on it. Drizzel olive oil across the filet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to twenty minutes. The skin can be on or off the filet.. Enjoy ladies think it's great.....525

I'm partial to just the onion and lemon slices with some pepper myself.

i love salmon! Shake and bake is good on it also.
Buttered and baked as stated above is about my favorite way to cook it unless i am smoking it.
You should be able to take it and have it smoked somewhere.

We had the bellies smoked when we got off the boat. Kinda ate it all already though. I have been so far putting the onion, dill, lemon, basic seasonings and baking it. Really good but when I am saying I have alot of salmon I am talking ALOT of salmon. Just want to spice it up a little.

Haha no worries on thinking I am a guy either.
