I'd have to agree with you Tiff, but there's no salmon in Iowa unfortunately... and what the grocery store sells isn't exactly fresh.

The beauty of living 45 minutes from the Pacific! Our Welder here at work caught it last weekend and smoked it yesterday. One of our other guys is bringing in a huge one he caught last weekend too!

We'll since that makes me jealous, cause there's no salmon around here. I guess I'll just have to go catch me some rainbow trout and grill it.
