Shrimp Boil-

Ok, Gimme some ideas.....

I only have about 6 people eating (so I'll cook for 9...)

Gimme a list!

I am thinking shrimp, kielbasa, lemon, onion, corn, red taters zatarains shrimp boil, loads of cayenne pepper (I like it HOT), maybe a head of garlic.

How do you cook yours? I havent done one in years..in fact last time I did it I used crawfish...

Could I toss some blue crab in there or would that be bad?

Sounds like the way I do it. I double the Zatarains and follow the cooking instructions. never tried the Crab. I don't see why it won't work. Might throw crabs in first. That way the shrimp won't overcook.

already made it, but probably will do another when the weather gets a bit cooler and I can get some bigger shrimps.

I will add much more spice than last time. I had the water spiced up real good, then put the stuff in and it was......not spicy to me, but EVERYONE else thought it was great (no, they weren't just full of it...they asked/talked for days afterwards)

Steamed shrimp is the best. Toss it on a folded out newspaper when its done and dig in
