Who BBQ's

And I dont mean Grilling (burgers, steaks, chops, etc)

Im talking low and slow BBQ?? You know, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Brisket (for those of you in Texas) or just about any other kinda meat you can fit into a pit..

I surely cant be the only one on here who enjoys slow smoked Tender Ribs?? Or Should I say enjoy cooking them Myself??
