try this and let me know what you think

Chicken avacado quesadilla

heat up a wheat tortilla in a skillet, add 1 slice of PepperJack Cheese, put on some shredded chicken, add some diced tomato and avacado to half of the tortilla. fold over other half of tortilla and heat through. then eat. YUM!!!!

some un-nedded info haha. I want to make one with shredded chicken and asedero cheese and some el pato (green can) salsa!!!!! haha too bad you cant get asedero cheese in AZ!

Ill just go to qdoba (WAAY better than Chipotle!) and get some tacos!!!!

When I'm not grilling and too tire to really cook, it's quesadillas, in fact had that for dinner the last two nights.

Thinly sliced steak is great too.

Soounds good, but since everyone's altering:

I'd cut the aguacate in half, remove the egg, add all ingredients on top of the half, and go to the back porch to see how far the tortilla will fly.
