I like it rare to medium rare, but im not a big fan of beef. Venison has me spoiled. After eatin deer i just about cant stand beef, too much fat, you order a 16oz. and 9 of em are fat (we need a puking smiley so i can put it here). Venison is nice and lean. And it tastes better too.

All meats done medium, little pink in the middle. Filet Mignon has to be on top for me, a nice 12oz. filet, oh dang! this threads got me

definately Filet mignon and a good cooked carne asada skirt steak!!! that stuff melts in your mouth!!!!

i like my beef warm, pink, and moist in the middle......(don't we all)
