Vertical Smoking Tomorrow

Ok guys and girls, I am not new to smoking one chicken on the smoker but, tomorrow I will have five on there at one time then Friday five more. So are there any tip you all can give me? I am going to brine the first load in a 5 gallon bucket early tomorrow morning for a couple of hours, put on my rub under the skin and load the smoker. If there is any advice any of you can offer chime on in. Tks

There will be a noticable heat difference in the smoker, as in it will take longer to get to temp. I always use apple wood chips. What type of wood are you going to use? What model do you have?

I usually smoke with hickory. I don't remember the name of my smoker but I brought it at Lowes several years back.

I was thinking Master Forge but I really not sure. It's probably 6yrs old now, has one large door and is propane. Wife and I were at lowes the other day and I was checking out the new electric smokers, there are nice. I like mine though, every time I walk by it, it smells so good. Make sure you burn in your new smoker...
