I like my venison and pretty much all red meat rare. Just burn some stripes in it and take the chill off. Done

I grill a lot with Budweiser, put it in my spray bottle and spray what ever I am grilling. No other beer seems to work as good as Bud.

Ok, I don't really have a good receipt for beef on the smoker. I have tired it and just can't seem to get it quite right. Now pork and chicken, I can hammer down with some killer smoking. I wish someone would chime in on the smoking beef, I would like to know myself also.

For me I agree with that as far as grilling goes but I gave up drinking Bud a long time ago when they went to 5% alcohol, taste changed. I haven't tried ML for marinating, may give it a shot.
