Korean Flank Steak

There have been a couple of members that I have made hungry tonight talking about this so I thought I would share.

2 Flank Steaks
8 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
4 Tbsp Ginger Root, Chopped
1/2 Cup Rice wine vinegar
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Red pepper flake(or to taste)
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil

Combine all ingredients but Flank steak in a glass or ceramic bowl. Put Flank steaks in seperate Ziplock bags and add half of marinade to each bag. Let marinade overnight or at least 4 hours for best flavor. I grill it for about 5-9 minutes a side to get a nice medium rare, I am sure that it could be done on the Foreman but no clue on the time. It is good that night but I actually prefer it the next day thinly sliced on a Salad.
