Mmmmmmmmm...green chili's
Lived out in Albuquerque in the early 90's and got addicted. Back home in central Texas now but our local HEB brings them in for two weeks every September and roast them on the spot. I buy 25# box each year. Just had some giant green chili, bacon and smoked gouda cheese stuffed burgers last night as a matter of fact. Like the bacon idea , will have to try !
