Egg in a basket

Just wondering if anyone else here enjoys this simple but yummy breakfast?

1 Slice of bread
1 egg
Butter
Salt and pepper

Butter both sides of the bread, and take a cookie cutter or glass and punch a hole out of the middle.

Place bread in a heated skillet until 1 side is lightly brown

Flip and melt a little butter in the hole and then crack the egg into the hole.

Wait until the bottom side of the bread is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side. You can puncture the yoke if desired.

Oh yeah, add salt and pepper to taste.

I haven't tried scrambling it yet, might have to do that tomorrow. You can also just pop the yoke and it seems to work pretty well.
