Grilling Lobster Tails

Anyone have any good recipes or tips for grilling lobster tails? I go to Outbacks Steakhouse when they have but its only for a few months a year.

I love those from outback Been wanting to try & grill them myself, just forget everytime I go to the Meat/Seafood Market to get some.

Nothing Hard about Lobster Tails....Take some Scissor's and cut down the middle of the Membrane....So they will lay Flat...Grill over direct heat for a few minute's untill they turn Orange....Make Some Garlic Butter and Serve !

Garlic butter recipe

1/3 cup butter
1 clove crushed garlic
1/4 tablespoon dried basil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
Directions
1. In a small saucepan melt butter, add garlic and saute until cooked. Add dried oregano and dried basil and stir until heated through.
2. Serve warm.

I have grilled lobsters lots of times,you can also split the tails in half also,cook them meat side for a few minutes then finish them on the shell side and baste the meat with some garlic butter or just plain butter,I like the grill to be very hot for this also,well I know what Im having for dinner now
