South Texas Munchies
Alrighty then, This recipe was first used and for some time required to have at least a half mile of saltwater under the boat prior to preparation. However, the desire to have them on hunting outings and such forced us to drop the depth requirement.
Get about a pound or two of fresh jalapenos, cut in half and scrape out the seeds. You can use the TAM mild vareity if you must. Break out the peanut butter and fill the jalapeno halves generously. Top with bacon bits. SERVE |
