Recipes

Well I know a few of you have heard me talk about things I eat. Especially if you hang out in the chat room. Some of you Indiana boys had my steaks well being there was none left over I guess you liked them. One Ohio boy had my vennisson steaks.

I have a long list of recipes mostly from trial and error. If it didn't work I didn't keep the recipe.

With that all said I have been posting quite a few of my recipes on here. If anyone has tried them let me know what you think of them please.

Here is another one of my favorites.

BBQ potatoes

What you do is get yourself about 5 or 6 good size potatoes.

Wash them then slice them up with the skin on. Then you place on tin foil, put about a 1/4 cup of butter in on them and sprinkle on some garlic salt. Or if you desire use one clove of garlic sliced up. Then wrap up the taters in the tin foil and place on the grill. This takes about 1 hour to cook. So when 30 minutes is up throw your favorite meat on the grill and cook that up. When the meat is done it is time to eat.

Now cooking time for the taters will depend on how thick you slice them and how many taters you have wrapped up. More taters you use the more butter and garlic salt you will need. I say 1 table spoon for 5 taters is enough.
