Thanksgiving
Well fellow strokers....who is ready for the big eating day!?!?!?!?
I host about 13 people. Got my birds last night. 23# for the oven. 12# for the deep fryer. The oven gets rub injected, stuffed and hydrated with some good brew. The one I am deep frying will sit in salt water overnight and then cleaned, rubbed, and fried. Oh yea! Cooking this feast is also a good excuse to drink all day long!!! |

I will be smoking our turkey, which is only about 12lbs. I'm also going to be smoking a small pork shoulder as well. Should be some good eating!
