Anyone.....

have any good deer steak recipes. Have a ton of deer steaks and I'm tired of just grilling them out. Wanna try something different.

They are 1/4" cube steaks. Thought about cutting them into squares and doing some kind of chili.

for this you will need
Italian dressing
some of this 2 steaks I use about 1/4 of it.

And some sort or cajuan seasoning, I use about the same about as above. You will have to mess around with it to your liking. Mix all this into a plastic bag. I normal use 1/2 - 3/4 bottle of dressing. Make sure its good and mixed up then -
Poke the crap out of them with a fork then cut the steaks up into chucks. But in the bag and let em sit for a few hours. Use tongs to get the chucks out of the bag and pour it on as your grilling.
enjoy

cut in small cubes.. brown really good in a black iron pot

once browned remove from pot.. add onions bell peppers garlic brown really good.

once the veggies are browned and onions are translucent put meat back in and cook down a lil bit more.
