pork chop sandwich?

Ever had a pork chop sandwich? She ( my wife) actually uses the pork loin and after cooking it she cuts into strips. Puts havarti cheese and a mayo with basil sauce she makes. I thought it sounded like a waste of a good pork chop but it was awesome!!! Anybody else have a twist on this?

That sounds great. Heres what I have done...
dip pork chop in eggs and dunk in flour with crumbled up triscuit crakers(repeat process if more breading is desired). Pan fry in olive oil until cooked. toast bread, and place pork chop on bread. Throw on a slice of pepperjack cheese and broil in oven until cheese is melted. Makes for a great sandwich.

kinda the same thing, but use crushed captain crunch cereal. use good ol' veggie oil, and some cheddar cheese. sounds weird, but really good. it's also great to bread chicken tenders with.........
