Ever smoked a goat?

And no I don't mean a Dodge at the track or a light. We've all done that

My wifes uncle has a couple of goats and he wants me to help him kill one and clean it, then cook it on my smoker. Anybody with a goat recipe?

LOL I smoke a lot of meats but have never considered goat. I thought your title was pretty funny. Good luck though, let us know how it turns out.
