Who else likes Fred Flintstone ribs?

Pics are worth a thousand words. Ribs are beef, about 2-3" thick, slow cooked about 6-8 hours; pool is optional, beer is not.












Aren't you glad you don't live in my neighborhood, at least for one day of the year?

JUST KIDDING! Those ribs look wonderful!!!! I'm a Jeep fanatic myself so between the ribs and the rigs it looks like the perfect get together.

Oh and BBQ chicken too, if you had a slab of pork ribs I'd nomanate you for a pulitzer prize!
