I also made one of these with my son, bad arse little drum

This little guy is a great smoker, easy to fab and cheap to build, it will cruise at 235 for 16 hours no issues. Built it with my son over a weekend.

My latest addition. Found it at Lowes on clearance. Walked out for under 200 bucks with the grill, fire box,a bag of charcoal, charcoal chimney and a grill brush.

No that would require welding and fab skills. A friend of mine in TX made it. I made the ugly one on the bottom. It is a bad *** cooker in its own right.

What is that black pipe for ?

That is the most innovative smoker I have ever seen....
I want to build one for my deer lease. What is the inside like? where is the door to put in fire wood?

The black pipe is the air inlet. The ball valve controls the air flow. Cold air drops warm air rises. Email me and Ill shoot you all the pics and instructions you need to fab one out. It can be done in a day with hand tools.
