puking

Ok, I was holding back on posting this because i believe it is the head gasket but have a garage telling me no way. I was burping out of the degas bottle all the time going up steep hills and running at 80mph, so I ran my temps and had a 40 degree difference between the oil and coolant. I ended up changing the oil cooler, deleting the egr, flushing the coolant system and adding a coolant filteration system. I also installed a new degas bottle and cap and a new thermostat. Before changing everything I took it to a mechanic and he performed a die test on the truck finding no mono gases. After the job was done the truck ran great for a week. I put a small load of stone on it and it starting puking again. My coolant has been running at 195 and Oil at 198-204after the work. I do notice that my coolant hoses are extremely hot. I cant even touch them. I took the beast back to the garage and they did another die test to find nothing. I am convinced its a head gasket which i dont want it to be. At one point after driving I went to remove the degas bottle cap and there was so much pressure it blew off. The garage tried to tell me there is air getting in the system probably from the coolant filter. I have a small leak out of the thermostat housing and its hose that I havent done anything with yet. Can that be an indication of anything. Would like some feed back. Thanks

I removed the coolant filter and found it to be loaded with brown particulates like sludge/rust. Hope that is the problem. Thanks for posting
