When I first started carrying and was a bit thinner, I carried a Milt Sparks VM2 IWB with my XD9. I was 6' and about 165lb at the time.

If you don't want to wait the 15weeks from Milt Sparks, I typically pay more and order from Lightning Arms.

Leather Gun Holster, Concealed carry holster - Simply Rugged, Proudly made in Alaska

The best paddle holsters I've found yet. There are multiple options between styles and surface decoration. With the "inside/out straps" it makes a nice IWB. While he doesn't list the Sigma on his site, it would be good to check with him. You might find a model close enough to work for you.

I've carried my Judge all day in his Sourdough Pancake holster. It stays right where it should and it doesn't get uncomfortable unless I forget it is there when I hop back into the truck. I should really get one for my 642... and both my SIGs... and my Para... and....

I am 5'10" and when I started carrying I weighed about 140, I packed on a bit of weight and now am at about 175. I carry either a Kimber full size 1911, Glock 23 .40 compact or a S&W airweight 637(w/ the hammer). I have the same holster for all of them. Its the Galco clip-on IWB. I wear it about 4-5 o'clock, which would be 7-8 for you lefties. I paid about $45 for each holster. The only problem is the little clip usually gets roughed up a bit, then puts little moth-like holes in your shirts...

Try as I might, I hated my S&W 640 (J Frame .357) in an IWB holster. The cylinder creates such an awkward look, that although my holster was "tuckable", it was obvious that I was carrying IWB.

Does it not feel awkwardly thick to you with the cylinder?

Yeah, the cylinder does make it a lot wider than the autos and every now and then the clip that holds it on my belt gets a little worn and because my belt is pinching the holster closed above the cylinder, when I draw(practicing) it will pull the holster out with the gun, which is pretty scary. I have to bend the clip to make it hold tighter to the belt, and its ok. I want a 3" aluminum frame 1911 soooo badly, because my full size would be the most comfortable to carry, if it didnt weigh half as much as I do... lol.

Im not the smallest guy but no the biggest either. Its all about how big your shirt is really. I carry a ruger LCP with an Uncle Mikes IWB holster. It works perfectly, I know its a much smaller gun but i dont wear the biggest close so its a bit harder to conceal. Im 6'2" 185.
