I'm looking at a Kel-Tec P3-AT. Very light weight and small. I just don't like the smaller calibers, but that's what fits in pockets.

+1

Little bit over $450 brand new, easily concealable, and practically maintenance free.

i carry a springfield XD-40 sub compact every day, great gun but for size and reliability you can beat a small smith revolver, or ruger revolver. get something lightweight you will thank your self later.
Remember most gun fight for self defense are 3-7 feet so you dont need a long barrel
