Its technically legal here too, but those who open carry typically get arrested for breach of peace. The charge gets dropped, but they lose their permit to carry. They can appeal, but the backlog is currently about 8 years.

i have an xd45 compact that i carry with a galco stow-n-go. it doesn't work with crimson trace grips, so i'm waiting on the galco summer comfort. the stow-n-go is a comfortable IWB holster that hooks over then under the belt, same as the summer comfort.

Well I don't carry any Springfield pistols, but for my G22 and G23 I've found inside the waist and small of the back are the most comfortable. Though many say carrying in the small of the back isn't a good idea, I feel with practice you can get use to it. Holster wise I like:

Inside Waistband Holsters - Minotaur Holsters - products new home - Minotaur Spartan Holster

Public Secret Straps

and anything pretty much from Galco.com

I carry a kimber 1911 in a blackhawk serpa or a shoulder holster its a little big being that its a 5in barrel, saving up to get another pistol thats a little better suited for good concealment.
