I have the Galco COP three slot holster. It's leather and rides well against my body. I am 5'9'' and about 195, so not real slim. Unfortunately it is a right hand holster and I am left handed.

I run a Bladetech IWB with my M&P. Makes for a good, durable combo.

I have the M&P 40 and use the crossbreed super tuck. It feels good retains the weapon well and I can tuck in my shirt for when I need to be fancy.
