By most accounts, Kel-Tec makes a pretty low end gun. If you don't plan on putting a lot of rounds through it, it's probably fine. With that being said, if you don't planning on training with it regularly (putting a lot of rounds through it) I wouldn't suggest carrying it. My opinion is, there are significantly better CCW guns to be had for not significantly much more $. I would look closely at The Kahr CM and CW line, Smith and Wesson Shield, and Glock 26/27. As far as ammo goes, JHP's is what you'd want to carry. I like Golden Sabers. Hope this helps.

ive had my p11 for a couple years now and havnt had any problems with it. for me i think its a great gun and works flawlessly. i dont really have any experience with the kahr or s&w but i really dont like glock. not saying they r bad guns but personally i dont like them at all. but thanks for ur imput. i think i will look into some of the other brands maybe get a secondary weapon or something. lol cant have to many guns.
