If it's true or even remotely true it scares me to think that we don't even trust our soldiers anymore.

I had a doctor appointment at the local VA clinic yesterday and found out
something very interesting that needs to be passed along. While going
through triage, before seeing the doctor, I was asked three questions at the
end of the exam ::
1. Did I feel stressed?
2. Did I feel threatened?
3. Did I feel like doing harm to someone?

The nurse then informed me, that if I had answered yes to even ONE of the
questions, I would have lost my "concealed carry" permit as it would have
gone into my medical records and the VA would have reported it to Homeland
Security. Looks like they are going after the vets first. Other gun people
like retired law enforcement will probably be next. Then when they go after
the civilians, what argument will they have?

Be forewarned and be aware.

Terrible. Gotta pay attention to the little things that happen. Everyone thought that the gun laws that have already passed were OK, cause the gov't told them so....

Really? I don't see how they can legally revoke your CC Permit to answering "yes" to "feeling stressed". That's a pretty far stretch, but hey... thanks for the heads up.

Well, look at the flavor of the 3 questions - it's a setup, if I ever smelled one. That's why you NEVER say anything to an "unknown" these days. The reverberations of innocent actions, in the post 9/11 days can come from the most obscure, and sometimes trusted, of places. Sad that it has come to this. But, "forewarned is forearmed"

they should not be able to share that information with ANYONE due to privacy laws ever heard of HIPAA?? that is information shared with a medical provider during an appointment i would see that they lost their license over that one

That's exactly it, the normal citizen is a criminal yet the illegals and suspected terrorists get free reign of the country.
