Nice happy fathers day came through for you. Make sure you turn your 3g off in settings when your not using it for anything that will save your battery alot I only turn mine on when I'm on the Internet in a place that has 3g service. Also if your hard on phones like I am with hinting and fishing working out in the shop or what not I reccomend a otterbox defender case you can get them on eBay for like $35 it'll make your phone bulletproof (almost) at least you'd never have to worry about damaging it these damn things don't come with insurance.

yep, happy fathers day to me!
The salesperson at the store told me the 3G setting wouldn't really run down the battery but i have heard it would from multiple users.
I got a case from the ATT store with a screen cover but im going to look into getting a ZAGG cover...look into it, they are pretty awsome.

Are you talking about the invisible shield it looks nice but what about shock protection if it falls out of the tree stand or the truck or if I drop it on the the garage floor wouldn't it rattle some of the internals loose? What about water resistance if I'm caught out in the rain at I truck pull or what not for it's otterbox all the way lol. What's your favorite thing so far about this phone.

No, Zagg is only scratch proof. My fav so far is the phone lends to my ORG addiction! I can get on here anytime-like now, I ain't made it home from work yet but im online!
And I love the apps store....that's gonna cost me some $$$

Ya I like the fact that I can make more posts on here and help people out I didn't as much at home because It takes up so much family time! I too like the apps store you can try the lite versions of games to decide if you want to buy it before on other cell phones you buy a game you was out $5 if you didn't like it lol

I went to the apps store and did a search for "free"....came up with alot of stuff.
Love the touch screen too.
