help with adobe flash

Just recently, my adobe flash stopped working, I have tried to download the newest version, and still not working. Adobe came installed on the computer when I bought it new. Any suggestions? Ideas?

are you using IE or Firefox? If you are using firefox you have to pretty much close every application running in windows before you can install it.

If you are using IE that is your problem..... LOL J/K

You might have to uninstall (control panel - add/remove programs) the original flash and start fresh.

hmm... let me think on it. In the meantime try to PM dirk or evil eye. either one should be able to help fix you up.
