Ok, I may be a total dumba$$
I bought a used MP3 player on Amazon...it has a 4 digit lock code that the seller apperantly failed to tell me about. What might i try as a factory default code?

there is no default you have to take it to an apple store with a prof of purchase and i beleve they can unlock it for you.

yea happened to an ipod i had. no factory code. sorry man. you have to take it to apple and explain it to them. hopefull the guy that sold it didnt steal it

Well My son messed with the ipod a few hours yesturday morning and he actually figured out the code and opened it. I went and took him to buy lotery tickets right after that!
Now how do i get Itunes to recognize the dam ipod and load music on it?
