For starters: How does this look??

Cobra 19 Ultra II Compact Mobile CB Radio New | eBay

I like the compact size as I would like to install it in the cubby by the steering wheel or in the sunglasses pocket overhead

Whats good and bad about this radio?

Me personally, I'd go with the Cobra 29 LTD Classic. It's the easiest to dial in. As for a Antenna there are multiple ones out there. It just depends on how you want to run it. On my F150, I ran mine through one of the rubber grommets on the back of the cab to dual antennas. I liked that setup. But it's all in personal preference.

No worries, we all are at one point. Since you have a crew cab, make sure you have enough coax.
