TV question.

Thought this would be the best section to ask in.
My TV just started doing this. It will be fine for 5 min or so and then it gets green lines. If i turn it off and back on it is fine initially then does it again. It will do it with the cable and if i play a DVD. Anyone have any idea if this is a cheap fix or is it better just to buy a new one. It is a Samsung LED. only about a year and half old.

My guess would be warrenty us up after a year with that unit. No better place to get it fixed but a samsung warrenty depot IMO.
Try updating your firmware if its a smart TV.
There are many known issues with Blueray/DVD playing on the TV causing these lines.

Yeah warranty is up. I'll try the firmware update and see if that does anything.
