Exclamation Corel Draw9.0

Does anybody have this? And if so, I need to convert our Chapter logo into this type of file.....corel Draw(whatever that is). I have the logo in a .jpeg image and also an .esp which was converted from the jpeg i think. any ways, the guy at the shirt shop is having a time getting it from the .esp file to the shirt. HEELLLPPP!!!!!
