Sorry Clay, I usually dont pay any attention to Scuffy. Tiff, you dont have to have vista. This phone actually went up against the Iphone in all there lil nerd convention competitions and it beat the Iphone in every category so thats why I got this one. Best part was that it was $425 and by the time it got to the house I ended up paying $122 for it! Woo Hoo!
