need help with webshots.com

i'm trying to download a video, i'm within size limits and am using the right file type, but once it's done downloading and i try to view the video, the screen is completely green. i have sound, but no picture. anyone know whats going on.

webshots only have live help for paying memberships, free members can only access FAQ's.

when this happens are you using windows media player or another form of player?

i use windows media player for the video on my own computer, but once it's loaded on the site, i don't know what it uses but it's similar to youtube
