MSE should remove or quaratine the trojan for you. First relax. sooooo many things qualify as a trojan these days. It's not like you are so important that someone strategically placed a trojan /backdoor on your machine to access all your great ides. LOL if MSE won't remove it, GOOGLE is your friend. MSE will give you the name of the item based on hash marks it will identify it you can then search google and without doubt there will be a tool to remove that specific threat. Just read and follow the instructions from there. Sometime if it's pesky you will have to download the tool boot into "safe" mode, hit F8 while booting then select safe mode without networking, then you will be able to safely remove the threat. Good luck!
