BitTorrent Blocked
Recently BitTorrent was blocked by our ISP due to s cease and desist order they received. Now my wife's Dream Weaver application cannot access and update her web page. Does anyone have any ideas of whats going on and any suggestions of what to do about this? She is using a Mac OS X for any one interested. Thanks in advance for any replies. Don

The BitTorrent ports should not effect her DreamWeaver app. I'd call your ISP and as them what's going on and they should be able to see what IP and ports are blocked.

Thanks for the info, I didn't consider blocking a specific IP address mostly because we don't use Bit Torrent. I understand how much bandwidth it uses especially when video is being downloaded. Currently I have spoken with the "Tech Support" guy and all he could say was that it may be between them and her web page host. I haven't herd back from them but now she can update her web page inconsistently so that tells me that they may have accomplished something. I'd love to have DSL here but living in the country limits this luxury. The system we have is wireless line of sight from a grain elevator 6 miles away in town. The next step down is satellite internet.
